On October 27, 2023, Blumhouse’s Five Nights at Freddy’s was released. Not only was it the company’s biggest opening ever, but it was the highest-grossing horror movie of 2023. So of course, Freddy’s coming back for a sequel! On December 5, 2025, you can watch Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 in theaters.

But don’t worry. If that’s too long to wait, you can start enjoying the taste of Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria right now! Popeyes just released The Freddy Fazbear Crunch Menu! This limited experience is a first-ever, one-of-a-kind collaboration that transforms the thrills of the Five Nights world into a scrumptiously spirited dining experience. And it is only available at Popeyes restaurants.

Amy Alarcon, VP of Culinary at Popeyes, expressed, “At Popeyes, we love playing with bold flavors, and what better playground than the world of Five Nights at Freddy’s? Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria is an iconic part of the film, so we had a blast reimagining that fun, over-the-top energy through our menu. It’s our way of giving fans a delicious taste of the movie’s universe, where that iconic Popeyes flavor meets a little bit of nostalgic pizzeria mystery.”

The Freddy Fazbear Crunch Menu features two bundle options and two à la carte items.

Freddy Fazbear Deluxe Box ($12.99 – price may vary)
This deluxe offering features 3 pieces of Popeyes classic or spicy chicken tenders topped with a savory garlic parmesan rub. It also comes with garlic-crusted Cheesy Bites, marinara dipping sauce, and a beverage. For a spectacular finish, you get an oversized strawberry-flavored Cupcake Cup.

Freddy Fazbear Box ($7.99 – price may vary)
If you’re a fan of chicken and cheese, this box is packed with 3 pieces of Popeyes classic or spicy chicken tenders topped with a garlic parmesan rub. It comes with garlic-crusted Cheesy Bites and marinara dipping sauce.

If you just need a snack, try Popeyes Cheesy Bites with Marinara Sauce ($3.99) or the sinfully sweet Cupcake Cup ($3.99).

Entertaining Options wanted the full flavor experience, so we tried the Freddy Fazbear Deluxe Box. First impression: the crunch was remarkable! These chicken tenders were satisfyingly crisp, as brittle and rewarding to munch as tortilla chips. There was just enough garlic in the rub to get our tastebuds up and dancing. The Cheesy Bites offered more of the same, only instead of tender meat beneath the crust, there was gooey cheese. This is the type of savory snack that can vanquish even the most intense comfort-food cravings. Drizzling the Chessy Bites with the included marinara sauce added a cool and soothing contrast to the piquant tingle of the garlic crust. The orange soda hit the spot. Not only was it a tasty belly washer, but the color paired well with the Popeyes logo. But our favorite was the decadent Cupcake Cup. The strawberry icing was eye-rollingly sweet, and it had a wonderful, sugary texture that evoked a childlike joy. If a palate could giggle, this would do it. The Cupcake Cup served as a resounding grand finale. We already want seconds!

But startlingly savory and highly craveable menu items aren’t all that Popeyes is bringing to the table. The popular fast-food chain is also releasing exclusive collectible sticker packs that feature the film’s terrifying animatronics, reimagined as collectible keepsakes for those bold enough to claim them. These rare items are only available at select Popeyes restaurants in limited quantities. If you wait, they will be gone forever, unlike Springtrap who always comes back.

Speaking of coming back, Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 takes place a year after the first movie. Former security guard Mike and police officer Vanessa have kept some of the gruesome secrets from Mike’s 11-year-old sister, Abby. However, she wants to reconnect with her friends: Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy. Unfortunately, doing that may unleash even greater horrors than before.

Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 will be in theaters on December 2. Freddy Fazbear Crunch Menu is available at Popeyes right now.
